Location:A street in Verona

Characters: Capulet boys,Montague boys,Benvolio,Tybalt,Capulet,Lady Capulet,Prince,Montague,Lady Montague,Romeo.

Time: Sunday afternoon.

Events: The Prince stops a street quarrel between Benvolio,Tybalt and their men ,threatening to behead anyone who fights on their streets once more.Montague requests that Benvolio finds out why Romeo is depressed and he obeys, He is said to love a women that has taken a vow of chastity and turned him down.
